LEVLS Foundations

New to fitness? Intimidated by the gym?

This one's for you. With demo videos for every exercise and simple but effective movements, all you have to do is show up. At-home and bodyweight versions available.

FLAGSHIP PROGRAMS

For the All-Rounders

LEVLS 30

Get the most bang for your time. Develop all areas of fitness and get in great shape without spending hours in the gym.

Choose 3 or 5 days a week. 30 - 40 minute sessions. Standard or Pro versions.

Warm up

Row/Ski 3-5 minutes & General Dynamic Stretching (Detailed in Program)

  • Banded Chin Ups + Banded Bar Dips (E2MOM x 4)
  • BCU x 8
  • BBD x 8 (scale to Bench Dips if preferred) 
  • TABATA (4 rounds)
    • Max Inverted Row x 20 sec
    • Rest 10 sec
    • Max Incline Push Ups x 20 sec
    • Rest 10 sec
  • Running Intervals (8 rounds)
    • Run x 1 min @ Hard pace, rest 30 sec

Warm up

  • Chin Ups + Bar Dips (E2MOM x 4)
  • CU x 8
  • BD x 8 (use band if needed)
  • TABATA (5 rounds)
    • Max Inverted Row x 20 sec
    • Rest 10 sec
    • Max Push Ups x 20 sec (use incline if less than 5 reps)
    • Rest 10 sec
  • Running Intervals (8 rounds)
    • Run x 1 min @ Hard pace, rest 30 sec

LEVLS Fitness

Our core training program for those looking to improve overall fitness without worrying about technical gymnastics or olympic weightlifting.

Choose between 3 or 5 days a week and 60 or 90 minute sessions. Standard or Pro versions.

Warm up (detailed in-app)

  1. Front Squat
    1. 3-5 paused with 3 sec hold at bottom (as heavy as form allows ie. AHAFA, rest as needed between sets)
  2. Deadlift
    1. 3 x 10 AHAFA (focus on form, rest as needed between sets)
  3. Dumbbell Walking Lunges
    1. 3 x 10 AHAFA
  4. Endurance (4 rounds for time) 
    1. Ski Erg Cal x 20/15
    2. 15m Shuttle Run x 5 (30m = 1 rep)

Written by 3x Turf Games champion (Elite) Rob Hartley, this program will help you excel at Turf Games. Just like Turf, it comes in 3 levels: Everyday, Intermediate, and Elite.

Develop your cardio through a combination of ergs, running and functional exercises.
